"Soooo how's married life?"

Seriously, do I have a stamp on my head that says "all I want to talk about is my marriage?" Ok, that came off a little harsh, I know people are quite well intentioned and they genuinely want to know how we are doing and if we are "surviving" (cause if we weren't then thats definetly a conversation I'd want to have in Safeway, hehe). Married life is great- aside from my much larger grocery bill, the fact that dirty laundry actually smells now and the sad reality that Matt just isn't the fashion expert my sister was- I am loving married life. It's so amazing not to have to say goodbye at the end of the night. I love that our time isnt limited and that we dont have to plan every last minute of the date just so we can get it all in before we have to go to our seperate homes. We can stay up late and watch The Office, we can have midnight snacks, we can go for walks whenever we want... we can finally go on a double date with a married couple and not leave feeling extremly jealous. Matt has his own study, I have a "junk room" (its full of wedding presents that dont fit in the kitchen or are waiting to be returned and my new arts and crafts crap - thank you Wendy for getting me hooked). We're building a home, not a physical one but a home based around our routines, our laughter, our struggles (cause don't worry, we have those too), our friends and our uncomfortable furniture. So there's a bit of an answer to the ever-so popular question....
